With over 50 years experience in kitchens all around the world, Dave presents a modern Australian cuisine with Asian inspired twists. Our food is of the quality one would expect to find in top Melbourne restaurants, yet at half the price and a generously sized serving.

We are renowned for serving the best steaks in the area, as well as our Bush Dust Kangaroo and the chef’s unusual signature dish of Coriander Prawns with a Chilli, Lime and Ginger Ice Cream.

Once a month, the Diamond House holds a night of good food and good music, bringing the best of Australian Blues and Roots Guitar music to
country Victoria.
